Summer Shape Up Challenge $189 • 3 visits per Week for 4 Weeks • 3 weeks of group training designed to burn fat and loss inches. This program is designed to jumpstart you in the right direction of healthy eating and exercising.

Semi Private Training 1x per week/ 3 Month Membership $220 every month • 1 visit per Week • This session will be held in a small group setting never going over 5 people. individual 4-6 weeks programs will be written to assure that you reach your goals. Each session will be structured as so:

soft tissue work
corrective stretching
dynamic warmup
strength training
conditioning

For this package you get two semi private strength training sessions and have the ability to come in 2x a week to do metabolic work. The metabolic work will be done by themselves.

Semi Private Training 3x per week/6 Month Membership $599 every month • 3 visits per Week • This session will be held in a small group setting never going over 5 people. individual 4-6 weeks programs will be written to assure that you reach your goals. Each session will be structured as so:

conditioning

For this package you get 3 semi private strength training sessions and have the ability to come in unlimited times a week to do metabolic work. The metabolic work will be done by themselves.

Group Training Class 2x per week/3 Month Membership $199 every month • 2 visits per Week • Warm up and mobility starts this class off. We take this time to go over the workout and what is required. Class is designed to teach clients how to lift properly for a half hour. This class will be 6-10 people. After finishing the lifting portion the class will execute a cardio piece that is designed to burn fat. This usually lasts around 20 min and will vary each class.
